EKIN Heavy & Project Transportation CO., member to the Cargo Equipment Experts CEE network for Turkey, has completed a transformer transportation within the country to Hakkari, the most hotspot region in Turkey due to terror attacks.

The dimensions of the transformer’s main body were 6.6 x 2.45 x 4 m (LxWxH) weighing 86 tons.

EKIN’s team provided complete logistics solutions to meet the need of its valuable customer sending its own equipment to this region in defiance of high value trailer. As a result of these vigorous efforts, the loads were transported to delivery address on time without any damage.

Besides transportation and related services, the discharging of the transformer and accessories was also handled by EKIN. The unloading of transformer main body from trailer onto ground was made with jack & slide system while the accessories were being discharged by crane.
