Aaras Project & Logistics Pakistan PVT. Ltd, member to the Worldwide Project Consortium (WWPC) for Pakistan, reported about handling a part shipment for the Attock Refinery (ARL) Project.
The project was among one of the most memorable event their shipping agency handled in the month of Nov/Dec 2014 where ‘MV. Fanja’ appointed to the Aaras Agency services with complete logistic operations.
The cargo consisted of 215 heavy and oversized packages of project cargo weighing totally 877.627 MTons and 5238.782 CBM. Aaras stevedores efficiently and safety discharged the cargoes from the vessel and took direct delivery under hook/hook. Inside port transportation from berth to a designated stowage area allotted by the Port Qasim authority followed and as on completion of custom formalities the experts from Aaras arranged inland transportation of the cargoes to the job site over a distance of 1460 km.
