Alexander Global Logistics GmbH, member to the Cargo Equipment Experts CEE network in Germany, reports the fixture of a new project for a plant for the production of pipes & tubes from Europe, India, Thailand and China to USA (Houston).
According to Mr. Jürgen Weyhausen, Director Projects for Alexander Global Logistics, the contract comprises shipments of approx. 700×40’ Open Top Containers plus some 3.000 frt of breakbulk cargoes with overdimensions and heavy lifts and was awarded to Alexander Global Logistics against strongest competition from a number of forwarding-multinationals.
Alexander Global Logistics is responsible for all pre-carriages, sea-freight, documentation, export custom’s clearance, track&trace and survey by their inhouse experts in the countries of origin. The first container shipments have started recently and the contract will be finished within a period of just four months.
