KMA Uruguay Tecnordi S.A., Uruguay and Servicios Mercantiles Internacionales S.A. (SMI), Paraguay are appointed members to the CEE network with immediate effect with listing under Barge, Carrier and Port operator.

KMA Uruguay Tecnordi S.A. is a maritime agency from Montevideo where they are agents of Grimaldi lines. The group also has a freight forwarding division as KMA in Uruguay and as Servicios Mercantiles Internacionales S.A. (SMI) in Asuncion, Paraguay.

Another company of the group is ISL (Independencia Shipping Line) where they are shipowners of three feeders that have weekly service from Montevideo to Asuncion, Paraguay and Rosario, Zarate and La Plata, Argentina. Under this brand they offer service to different maritime lines like Glovis, Eukor, Zim, Mol, NYK, MSC, etc.

Within the KMA Group exist companies like port terminals in Uruguay and Paraguay, and a truck company. KMA operates also a NVOCC project cargo division in Uruguay and Paraguay.
