InterMax Logistics Solution, member to the Cargo Equipment Experts CEE network in China, used barges to load 700 tons Heavy Machinery (Gantry Crane) from their customer’s factory in Nantong, Jiangsu, China to Chulu Island, Fujian. The complete shipment consisted of 50000 CBM and 159 parts.

Prior to operation start InterMax specialists had several meetings with their client to confirm the suitable schedule of delivery, loading plans, lashing and securing of the various items. Eight barges of InterMax were used for the transportation in total. A floating crane was chartered by InterMax to lift the cargo on to the barges. The task was completed during 10 days for loading all cargoes and all barges sailed safely to Chulu.

The transit time was about one week to Chulu and InterMax was responsible for unloading in Chulu port too. With the InterMax professional staff supervision, all cargo arrived and unloaded safely and smoothly.
