Busy September for Pakistan WWPC project expert

Aaras Project and Logistics Pvt, member to the Worldwide Project Consortium WWPC for Pakistan, through their affiliate Aaras Shipping Agencies Pvt, were responsible to discharge a variety of project cargo from separate incoming vessels at Karachi Port and Port Qasim and take direct delivery to consignees of their cargoes under hook / hook basis.

The company also arranged inland transportation from the respective vessels berth to a designated stowage area allotted by Karachi Port and Port Qasim Authority.

MV. “HEILAN BROTHER” arrived at Karachi Port on Sept 4, 2014 and the cargo handled by Aaras consisted of 997 packages of “Power Plant for Jinnah Barrage”, “Power Generators” for Cement Factory, Dump Trucks, Hot Rolled Steel, Project Cargo, Coils and Turbines, weighing totally 5523.743 Metric Tons.

MV. “HAN YI” arrived at Port Qasim on Sept 14, 2014 consisted 60 Packages of Project Cargo for “Attack Refinery Limited”, Rawalpindi with the total weight of about 271.50 Metric Tons. Thereafter the vessel continued to Karachi port on Sept 15, 2014 for discharging 4 sets of 250 MVA Transformers from “Iran Power and Water Equipment and Services Exp Co”, Iran which Aaras experts successfully delivered to local consignee “NTDC, Wapda, Lahore”. These heavy pieces had a total weight of 623.480 Metric Tons.
